Dan Pharm Ltd., a subsidiary of Israpharm Ltd., was established in 2007 with the sole focus of marketing Presto Gel, a revolutionary product for the treatment of haemorrhoids.

Presto Gel was the result of extensive research and development performed by two experienced and highly respected physicians, Dr. Alex Viminitz and Dr. Shimon Shohet, both experts in the field of phytotherapy. The R&D took fifteen months to complete, from February 2006 to April 2007. Comprising three phases of clinical trials with hundreds of cases of hemorrhoids at various stages of the illness.
